MIT sues Gehry?

I came across this article on the Business week site outlining a lawsuit MIT has filed against Frank Gehry citing 'Serious Design flaws.' Brings up a very interesting debate of art vs. functionality. A space is absolutely required to be flawlessly functional, but if an architectural element didn't inspire and incite dialogue, we would all be living in square boxes. Check out the article here.
